- 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups crumbs (half Nilla wafers, half graham crackers)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese sit on the counter for about 1 hour to soften.
- Add the softened cream cheese to a bowl.
- Mix with a mixer until smooth, or use a fork if you do not have a mixer.
- Add sugar and mix until combined and creamy.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Gently mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each egg until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Nilla wafer crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a pan.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Gently tap or bounce the pan to help remove air bubbles.
- Air fry at 300°F for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate until chilled and set.
- Slice and serve plain, with whipped cream, or with fruit on top.
