An easy one-pot pressure cooker chicken pasta made with Italian dressing, cream cheese, penne, and simple seasonings.

Creamy Italian Pressure Cooker Chicken Pasta

  1. Add chicken breasts to the pressure cooker.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup water and Italian dressing.
  3. Season with red pepper seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced garlic.
  4. Stir everything around a little.
  5. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
  6. Let naturally release for 8 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.
  7. Remove the lid and shred the chicken.
  8. Add the penne pasta.
  9. Make sure there are at least 2 cups of liquid in the pot and that the pasta is covered. Add more water if needed.
  10. Put the lid back on and pressure cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not go longer or the noodles can get mushy.
  11. Quick release the pressure.
  12. Stir in cream cheese.
  13. Place the lid back on for a few minutes to help the cream cheese soften.
  14. Stir until creamy and serve.
