Cheesy pressure cooker French onion meatball sliders on buttery Hawaiian rolls with melty Swiss and savory onions.

French Onion Meatball Sliders

  1. Turn the pressure cooker to sauté.
  2. Add a little oil to the pot.
  3. Add sliced onion.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the onions are softened to your liking.
  6. Add the frozen Italian style meatballs.
  7. Add butter, French onion dip mix, garlic and olive oil seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock.
  8. Stir everything together.
  9. Put the pressure cooker lid on.
  10. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  11. Do a quick release.
  12. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  13. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into a baking pan.
  14. Add one meatball and some onions onto each roll.
  15. Top with Swiss or provolone cheese.
  16. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  17. Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  18. Brush the seasoned butter over the tops of the rolls.
  19. Air fry or bake at 350°F for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  20. Serve warm.
  21. If desired, save some of the French onion sauce for dipping.
