  1. Add warm water to the bread maker pan.
  2. Add melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add the all purpose flour on top.
  4. Add salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the side of the flour.
  5. Make a small well in the center of the flour.
  6. Add the fast rising yeast into the well.
  7. Close the bread maker and set it to the raw dough or dough setting.
  8. Let the bread maker knead and proof the dough.
  9. Once the dough is done, place it onto parchment paper.
  10. Sprinkle a little flour on top if the dough feels sticky.
  11. Remove the bread maker paddle from the dough.
  12. Form the dough into a ball.
  13. Cut the dough into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
  14. In a bowl, mix melted butter with black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  15. Dip each piece of dough lightly into the seasoned butter.
  16. Place the buttered dough pieces loosely into a bread pan, making one layer.
  17. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the first layer.
  18. Continue layering buttered dough pieces and mozzarella until all the dough is used.
  19. Let the bread rise for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  20. Bake until the bread is cooked through and golden.
  21. If desired, add more mozzarella cheese halfway through baking.
  22. Let cool slightly, then pull apart and serve warm.
