Pressure Cooker Baby Back Ribs with Grilled Corn

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Cut the ribs into sections, about 3 bones per piece.
  3. Add ribs to the pressure cooker.
  4. Add onion, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, and chicken broth.
  5. Pressure cook on high for about 38 minutes.
  6. While the ribs cook, butter the corn and season with garlic salt and black pepper.
  7. Preheat the grill.
  8. Place corn on the grill and flip every 3 to 4 minutes. Cook for about 18 minutes, or until done.
  9. Carefully remove ribs from the pressure cooker and place them on a plate.
  10. Smother ribs with barbecue sauce.
  11. Place ribs on the grill and cook until the sauce is sticky and the ribs are lightly charred.
  12. Serve ribs with grilled corn.
