- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 1 whole onion, sliced or chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic cloves, to taste
- 1 carton chicken broth
- Barbecue sauce
- Corn on the cob, husks partially left on
- Butter
- Garlic salt
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Cut the ribs into sections, about 3 bones per piece.
- Add ribs to the pressure cooker.
- Add onion, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, and chicken broth.
- Pressure cook on high for about 38 minutes.
- While the ribs cook, butter the corn and season with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Preheat the grill.
- Place corn on the grill and flip every 3 to 4 minutes. Cook for about 18 minutes, or until done.
- Carefully remove ribs from the pressure cooker and place them on a plate.
- Smother ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Place ribs on the grill and cook until the sauce is sticky and the ribs are lightly charred.
- Serve ribs with grilled corn.
