Strawberry Pretzel Cheesecake Dip

Sweet and salty no-bake strawberry pretzel cheesecake dip — creamy cheesecake layer, fresh strawberries, and a buttery brown-sugar pretzel crumble on top.

Ingredients

• 1 to 1 1/2 cups crushed salted pretzels
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped topping
• 1 cup chopped strawberries
• For serving: pretzels, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, cookies

Instructions

1. Add pretzels to a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2. Add the crushed pretzels to a bowl.
3. Mix in melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Set aside.
4. In another bowl, add the softened cream cheese.
5. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
7. Fold in the whipped topping.
8. Spread the cheesecake mixture into the bottom of a serving dish.
9. Add chopped strawberries evenly over the top.
10. Sprinkle the pretzel topping over the strawberries.
11. Serve right away with pretzels, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or cookies.
