Easy Pesto Chicken Pasta

A super easy dinner made with penne, rotisserie chicken, pesto, and plenty of Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

• Cooked penne pasta
• 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded or chopped
• Fresh pesto
• Grated Parmesan cheese
• Extra Parmesan, for serving

Instructions

1. Add cooked and drained penne back into a pan.
2. Add shredded rotisserie chicken.
3. Stir in pesto, starting with about half the container and adding more as needed.
4. Add Parmesan cheese.
5. Mix until everything is coated and warmed through.
6. Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
